Users who upload sexually explicit content to Taboofox.com are responsible for ensuring that they fully comply with all record-keeping and labeling requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining records of the name, address, and date of birth of each performer depicted in the content.
  • Ensuring that all performers are at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced.

By uploading sexually explicit content to the Service, you affirm that you are the custodian of records for that content and agree to comply with all applicable record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

6. ACCESS TO RECORDS

If you are a content producer or uploader and need to access the records associated with a particular piece of content you have uploaded to Taboofox.com, please ensure that the records are available and accessible at your designated place of business. Taboofox will not hold or maintain such records.

If you are a government agency or authorized law enforcement entity seeking to access the records, you must direct your request to the content producer directly. Taboofox does not maintain these records for user-generated content and cannot release them.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS

In addition to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, content uploaded to Taboofox.com must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to obscenity laws, child pornography laws, and any other laws that may apply to the production or distribution of sexually explicit content.
